Summary |
Neil Coyne is Western Australia's first Aboriginal wrestler. At 43, "N.C. Viper" has been in the ring for over seven years and is a huge favourite with fans and other wrestlers alike. But the death of Neil's mother and brother over an eighteen months period has re-triggered the trauma of his early childhood, sending him into a spiral of depression and apathy.As a very young child he and his siblings were taken from their alcoholic mother by the Western Australian Welfare authorities. Neil's early years were scarred by violence and emotional neglect in a string of institutions and foster care situations, causing him to become a withdrawn, quiet child. However, three years after the family was torn apart, Neil's mother was able to overcome her alcohol addiction and won the trust of the authorities to be reunited her family.With a loving wife and six children dependent on him, Neil has now decided to make a comeback.
