The case presents a dilemma for a new employee, Tim Kincaid who has just joined Ocean Vacation Resorts, one of the largest publicly traded vacation ownership companies in the United States. When Tim visits a regional sales centre he discovers that the sales and administration managers are married in contravention of company policy. Tim must make a decision as to how he should proceed considering the dynamics of the organization he has joined
