Summary |
From buttoned-up puritans to sexual pioneers, the cheeky and charming Julia Zemiro uncovers the natural and the not so natural changes in Australia's sexual landscape. With sex becoming less about procreation and more about gratification, this provocative and playful six- part series questions the danger of humans becoming 'unnatural' sexual beings. In the fourth episode, The Church, regardless of who your God is, chances are that he/she has some pretty strong ideas on sex. Julia tackles the complex relationship between the Church and what happens between the sheets. Most Western denominations are moving with the times and becoming less concerned about what people do when the lights go out, but so far the Catholic Church has refused to be persuaded. The program asks whether or not faith still dictates how people have sex or whether the rise of individualism has put an end to that.
