The Military Rehabilitation and Compensation Bill 2003 was introduced to the House of Representatives on 4 December 2003 and referred to the Senate Foreign Affairs, Defence and Trade Legislation Committee for consideration and report the same day. The purpose of the Bill is to establish a new military rehabilitation and compensation scheme which will provide rehabilitation, compensation and other entitlements for members of the Australian Defence Force and compensation and other entitlements for their dependants |
