Summary |
"As athletes run faster, jump higher and get stronger and stronger, you often wonder where it will all end and what drugs they might or might not be taking. We all remember those startling images of Chinese women swimmers, and we regularly hear of sports stars testing positive to performance-enhancing drugs. Now there's talk of the Tour de France winner Floyd Landis possibly being stripped of his title for drug cheating. There've been drugs in swimming, athletics, cycling, football, to name just a few sports. There's currently a major investigation into performance-enhancing drugs in weight-lifting in Australia". --Website |
