Summary Fenella Kernebone looks at ballet in the bush; singer Henry Wagons reviews the Queen exhibition; how environmentally friendly is Australian architecture?; and Colin Hay performs in the studio. This week on Art Nation, Fenella Kernebone heads to Bendigo in Victoria to look at the Australian Ballet's Out There program which aims to introduce ballet to school kids around Australia. Many primary school children in regional Australia have little or no exposure to the art form and one of the Australian Ballet's aims is to find new audiences for ballet. Singer Henry Wagons, himself a lifelong fan of Queen, visits the Art Gallery of Ballarat to review Queen - the Unseen Archive. Previously hosted by Proud Gallery in London, the exhibition will feature an intimate photographic portrait of the legendary rock band Queen by Peter Hince. This event expands on the London exhibition and will be the first time these images have been brought together with Queen memorabilia.Queen's statements of pomp and grandeur continued throughout their career and it is regarded as one of rock n roll's most popular bands of all time. The extrovert leading the charge was the awe-inspiring performer Freddie Mercury. His overt showmanship has resonated with Wagons and many others and Mercury and his band continue to have a lasting influence on popular music to this day.Green may be the new black but just how environmentally friendly is Australian architecture? Laboratory for Visionary Architecture (LAVA) has developed a simple, cost effective, easily constructed skin for the University of Technology Broadway Tower in Sydney that promises to transform an icon into a sustainable and stunning building. To close the program, songwriter and lead singer of iconic Australian band Men At Work - Colin Hay, returns to Australia to perform in the Art Nation studio
