Summary |
Marking National Youth Week (10-19 April) and following on from the On the Edge series five years ago, NITV revisits 12 troubled Indigenous teenagers who were challenged by their addictions, their triumphs and their ever-changing family situations, to hear how their lives have changed. In 2009, these Western Sydney teenagers embarked on a physical, emotional and spiritual journey to discover who they are. Five years on, now aged 18-20, Over the Edge talks to them about their current lives - their successes, joys and fears. Some are now parents, some have secured employment but others are still struggling to find their way. Yuin woman and presenter, Fran Dobbie, walks with these young people again to hear their journeys, their learnings and their aspirations.Follow the conversation on Twitter: #NITV |
