Summary The Hobby Lobby case considers how founder David Green's Christian beliefs have been incorporated into business practices and affected the lives of employees. Green attributes his success in business to his Christian faith, and believes that certain provisions of the 2010 Affordable Care Act (ACA or Obamacare) are in conflict with his faith and values. Specifically, the ACA mandates businesses provide contraception coverage, including emergency contraception, to employees as part of employer-provided insurance plan offerings. This text discusses issues related to the Hobby Lobby case
