| Summary |
This volume comprises 56 papers presented at the International Conference on Mercury as a Global Pollutant, held during June 1992 in Monterey, California. During this conference, roughly 300 individuals representing 18 nations participated in a forum on environmental mercury. Sixty platform papers and fifty-two poster papers were presented in sessions dealing with bioaccumulation, methylation, human health, atmospheric cycling, terrestrial cycling, aquatic cycling, analytical chemistry, modeling, mitigation, and economics.
