Summary |
This case describes the challenges faced by two restaurant entrepreneurs, Leroy Morrison and Eglon Walker, who are perplexed as to why their restaurant has not achieved the level of growth they anticipated. Morrison and Walker are faced with the challenge of how to increase patronage and revenues. The restaurant is in its second year of operation and is a fully licensed forty-seat casual style, ethnic restaurant specializing in Caribbean cuisine. The restaurant should be entering the growth stage of the product life cycle but was experiencing declining sales and customer volume. The restaurant is currently ranked as the second best Caribbean restaurant in the city; however, this high ranking is not leveraged or translated into increase patronage |
