Summary *Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander viewers are advised that the following program may contain images and voices of people who have died*In the final episode, John, Lyn and Luke arrive in the Northern Territory on the advanced stage of their course. For the first time there are no fences to hide behind. John and the students travel to Arnhem Land by helicopter, and raid crocodile nests in the wild. It's nail-biting stuff; the grass is long and thick and the crocs are out there somewhere, guarding their eggs. Later, John and Lyn visit Lyn's daughter Charlene who, despite losing her 11-year-old daughter Briony to a crocodile, is considering transforming parts of her property into a crocodile farm. In an emotional scene, Lyn and John visit the lagoon where the crocodile took Briony - the first time Lyn has been there since Briony died. That night, John, Luke, Lyn and rangers from Kakadu National Park go into the wild to try and harpoon a male crocodile. They eventually capture a giant. At more than four and a half metres long it's too big to put in the boat and is lashed to the side. Back on land John successfully extracts sperm from the croc for his research.
