Summary The book and this accompanying CD, contain edited and (where indicated) updated papers originally presented to a conference held in Melbourne on 16-20 April 2000 entitled 'Native Title in the New Millenium'. The papers selected for the book (which also appear in this CD) deal with issues of continuing importance in a more scholarly way, whilst those contained solely in the CD are mainly concerned with issues touching law, politics and NTA processes which are rapidly evolving, and thus likely to date more quickly, or are dealt with by their various authors in a more discursive way. The CD thus includes all the papers published in the book, further papers presented to the conference, plus additional edited speeches and discussion, as recorded from each session. This last mentioned conference 'discussion' material is rarely 'published' and presented real editorial challenges, but we hope the results are considered worthwhile.(CD-ROM content)
