In late November 2014, Robert Konneman and Joseph Kelly, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Weight Multiplier (WM), were sitting in the office discussing a number of acquisition proposals the company had received. Their task was to maximise the shareholders exit value and to determine the desired deal structure. It was also important to consider the future prospects of the company.
