Summary Superbarrio is an unidentified masked folk hero who appears regularly in the slum quarters of Mexico City, the Third World's largest city. A modern-day Robin Hood, he does battle on behalf of the poor and destitute. The Parachutists (migrants) are two musicians who leave rural poverty to try their luck in the city's bright lights. As each find their dreams disintegrating, they look to Superbarrio for help
