Summary Another UK celebrity traces their genealogical roots as Who Do You Think You Are? continues on SBS ONE.In the second episode, award winning BBC Radio 1 DJ Chris Moyles, traces his family tree and explores his Irish roots. Born and bred in Leeds in the north of England, Chris has always felt his heart lies in Ireland where both his mother and father originate from. Chris knows little about his Irish ancestry and is keen to explore the history on both sides of his family in Ireland.Chris travels to Dublin and looks into the past of his maternal grandmother Hannah Nelson. He untangles the bones of a sad story and discovers Hannah was separated from her mother and father at a young age and was brought up by her grandmother in grim poverty. The tale ends in triumph over adversity. On his father's side, Chris travels to Ballina in West Ireland where his search of local records reveals the Moyles family lived in the area for generations. He is saddened to discover it was one of the poorest areas in West Ireland and his great, great-grandparents suffered huge tragedy. However, Chris' story doesn't end there as he moves forward a generation, to find out what happened to his great-grandfather who died in 1914. The trail leads to the battlefield of Ypres, evoking a reaction Chris never expected to have about a relative who died nearly a hundred years ago.
