Health Benefits of Physical Activity During Pregnancy: International Evidence describes the current epidemiological evidence regarding maternal and child health benefits of physical activity during pregnancy. The video looks at findings from U.S., Canadian, and Norwegian cohort studies and details practical implications for health care and exercise professionals who are working with pregnant women.
