English in Aotearoa is the professional journal of the New Zealand Association for the Teaching of English. Over the years, it has developed in size, scope and sophistication. The editor of English in Aotearoa is Steve Langley. He is supported by a national editorial committee of English teachers, whose role it is to support him by seeking copy that will stimulate and assist English teaching in Secondary schools
