In 2013 Yuichi became the CEO of a small family owned company, operating in a stagnating market, starts to work to bring change to the company. However, the situation to be too tough to manage and Yuichi suggests appointing a consultant to support and guide his initiatives. The company's rigid and antiquated systems hinders Yuichi's change initiatives as well as the unwillingness of employees to change the manner in which the company is run
