Summary |
This video portrays a therapeutic interaction between a nurse and a dissatisfied patient. Mrs. Marshall was injured in a car accident seven months ago. The patient complains about her behaviour and no matter how hard the nursing staff tries, she remains unhappy and intractable. The registered nurse who has been caring for her for the last three days is concerned about her and decides to sit down with her to get to know her better and to see how she can help her |
