This report presents the findings of a study of the Melbourne-Geelong corridor carried out for the Cities Commission under the supervision of a Steering Committee chaired by the Town and Country Planning Board. ... The prinipal aim of the study is to examine the implications for the corridor between Williamstown and the Geelong urban area of specified developmental outcomes both in Geelong and in Melbourne, with the objective of identifying broad strategic planning actions and controls within the corridor consistent with proposals for the accelerated growth of Geelong." -- page 1
