The prinipal aim of the study is to examine the implications for the corridor between Williamstown and the Geelong urban area of specified developmental outcomes both in Geelong and in Melbourne, with the objective of identifying broad strategic planning actions and controls within the corridor consistent with proposals for the accelerated growth of Geelong." -- page 1
