Summary |
Helping Hands is a small nonprofit organization that was found in the 1980s to help impoverished people manage their finances and work towards home ownership. As the organization grows, they struggle with issues of internal conflicts among employees and reach out for help to an external consultant. The consultant's reports provide us with information on the company's structure and culture divide issues, and we are ultimately left with the promise of a creative new plan of pricing strategy |
