In this case, we describe our use of a research frame usually associated with the field of child psychology. We use this frame to come to understand the change process within a school. We present the ways in which we used Bronfenbrenners bioecological model to organize our investigation into the leadership practices, teacher practices, and the communitys response to a school change imitative
