Summary In this 2012 documentary, six former heads of Israel's internal secret service agency exclusively reflect on their successes and failures to maintain security, providing a timely perspective on the recent in the Gaza Strip. These six men individually and as a group have come to reconsider their hard-line positions and advocate a conciliatory approach toward their enemies based on a two-state solution. Ever since the Six Day War, however, the internal security force known as the Shin Bet has come to dominate the discussion among Israel's policy makers. This documentary tells the story of the Shin Bet, perhaps the most active and certainly the most secretive of Israel's security forces, and through a series of candid interviews, it tells it from the perspectives of its leaders who, more than anyone, received the trust of the country's political elites.
