Summary |

Experimental forms of living - 'CoHousing Cultures' - are becoming more and more mainstream. But to what extent are they accessible and affordable for everyone: people with different income levels, with and without refugee experience, with and without disabilities? Self-determined, social housing projects are already developing diverse and sustainable neighborhoods and are not only funded by civil society, but increasingly also by housing companies such as cooperatives. The book contains critical considerations of model projects of a colorful European movement, prepared with photos and illustrations. Political and financial conditions for better implementation will be discussed and complemented by a number of voices holding promising strategies |
