Summary |
Morgan Spurlock, the Oscar-nominated US filmmaker, presents a satirical talk show that takes a comedic look at the differences between British and American culture. In each show, Morgan will scrutinise one particular aspect of British society, with the help of some big-name guests from the worlds of comedy, celebrity and politics from both sides of the Atlantic, with plenty to say about US/UK relations. Spurlock will travel the length and breadth of the country to discover and experience Britain's traditions, institutions and behaviours first-hand.On both sides of the Atlantic, marriages are failing, plus lots of unhappy singles are suffering the anxieties of dating. Morgan wants to know if we've fallen out of love with love. He tries out speed hating, and argues that increasing divorce levels will solve the marriage crisis in the long run. Back in the studio, Morgan gets the expert thoughts of comedians Andi Osho, Kurt Braunohler and Johnny Vegas. (From the UK) (Entertainment Series) M (S,L) Follow the conversation on Twitter #SBS2 |
