Summary |
On March 24, 1989 the Exxon Valdez oil tanker ran aground in Prince William Sound, Alaska, causing the worst environmental disaster in North American history. As well as documenting the poorly implemented cleanup and raucous town hall meetings, it also examines the environmental, social and economic consequences of the oil spill. It also charts the non-progress of the legal case that followed and which changed lives forever. |
