Summary In this program we present further strategies to help teachers, parents and students in all schools combat bullying. The program explains what bullying is, who the bullies are, what causes some students to become bullies and what can be done about the situation. Most importantly, it takes us to a school that has developed its own innovative response to bullying that involves staff, parents and students monitoring and responding to bullying through strategies such as continuous "bullying surveys", a comprehensive Code of Conduct, an Incident Register, increased staff supervision of school "hot spots" and a "peer support" program.
