Summary |
The force of the Inkas is a rough translation of the Bands name; and it is with force that they apply and perform their unique songs. The mother of this music is The Andes, where the Inkas and their music were born. The themes explored are as relevant now as they were then a worship of nature, of lakes, the sun, the moon a dependence on these natural bodies to ensure harmony within our own community of people. Inka Markas popularity over the years has extended far outside Australia and all the musicians are full-time Andean music performers |
