Summary |
A young girl is found raped and murdered on a beach. Teenager Jared accidently sees the whole episode and recognises the perpetrators as a group of his schoolmates. Torn between telling the police the truth and standing by his friends, he is filled with self-loathing. The film skillfully investigates the tensions between class, gender, generations and sexuality that are exposed by the dreadful crime that takes place in an urban beach community |
