Summary |
Don and Kath, living in a suburb on Sydney's North Shore, invite their friends to watch the televised returns of the 1969 Australian general election. Anticipating a victory for the Labor Party, the guests embark on an early celebration. The drinks start flowing and fumbling conversations, flirting and marital squabbles ensue.
