Includes a folded handcoloured map lithographed by De Gruchy and Leigh in Melbourne and dated 1870. This map shows the earliest disposal of Crown Lands in the Port Phillip District of New south Wales in 1836 and is a Melbourne printing of the 1836 London printed map that would be included in the 1872 edition
