Summary
In this paper, the author summarise the evidence on the current state of Aboriginal health, and review the various programs and services aimed at alleviating Aboriginal ill-health. The author also consider, by way of two main examples, the propects for further improvements in Aboriginal health, and examine the role the Commonwealth should play in Aboriginal health
