Summary Report of the meeting which discussed the detainment of Harold Gardener in the Royal Park Mental Hospital. Speakers included Reg S. Ellery and W.G. Higgs. The discussion also included the topic of the Department of Mental Health's administration, mental hospital auxiliaries, imprisoning husbands and wives, trial leave, photographing patients, twilight sleep, the idea that the Hospital is 90 per cent gaol and 10 percent hospital.
