It was the first publication of its kind in Australia to document the history of artist-run initiatives and publish a range of critical discourses that were taking place at the time. The book included a number of commissioned academic essays, extensive interviews with founding members, and featured more than two decades of photographic documentation from independent art galleries and collectives |
