This is the policy of W.H. Everard, who contested the 1910 Echuca Election for the Federal House of Representatives (in opposition to the sitting member, Mr. Palmer), as an Independent Progressive Liberal-Protectionist. It covers such topics as national defence, national development, immigration, federal aid, freight transportation, protection, finance, tax and economic reform.
