Summary This case study provides an example of my use of multiple case study methodology and analysis to conduct research with marginalized groups. The study described is my dissertation on rural bisexual men, and I reflect on how multiple case study methods were used to give voice to an otherwise arguably silenced population. I give an overview of multiple case study as a methodology, why I chose to use it, and how I employed this methodology. In addition, I discuss various challenges that occurred during the research and how they were overcome. Finally, I include various lessons learned from conducting this study and implications for future use
