Summary Record of the proceeding of a general court martial of Major General Ebenezer Goodale of the Second division of the Militia, at the Salem Courthouse in Essex County. After consideration, Goodale was found to be guilty on some of the charges and removed from office and disqualified for a term of five years. Numerous supporting documents are included in the appendix
