Summary Rather than furthering general knowledge, programme evaluation is applied research conducted to provide an agency, organisation, or programme with timely, useful information to assist with decision-making and/or funding. This case details the programme evaluation activities of Survivor Fit, a small not-for-profit agency that provides free yoga classes for women undergoing cancer treatment in a county hospital, and is an example of evaluation done with extremely limited capacity and minimal resources. After a brief description of the programme, the case delves into the ins and outs of achieving stakeholder buy-in, implementing feasible design and measurement objectives, handling sampling issues, and briefly reviewing data analysis and results
