Summary *Coarse Language and Sexual References*Gordon Ramsay is in Malaysia with only a week to master the country's best known dishes which reflect a melting pot of influences from Chinese to Indian. In Penang, he gets a cooking lesson from a local 'auntie' as she caters a pre-wedding meal for her soon-to-be-married son, despite the fact that he's one of Malaysia's top chefs. In Kuala Lumpur, Gordon takes to the road with a gang of bikers who introduce him to their favourite dish - bull penis soup - and receives an intimidating lesson in how to make beef rendang. Joining another Malaysian 'auntie' in her industrial kitchen, Gordon watches in fascination as auntie Rupa prepares a feast for thousands of Buddhist pilgrims. Under her watchful eye, he then cooks his first (vegetarian) Malaysian curry for the country's Prime Minister.Taking a detour to Borneo, Gordon scales caves in pursuit of the local bird nest delicacy, which he soon learns has little in common with the 'bird's nest soup' served in the West. And with a final stop in Malaysia, he takes part in a cooking competition pitting him against five local women
