Presents a cross-sectional investigation of the applicability of three constructs: self-efficacy, decisional balance and stage of change within a Transtheoretical Model framework, to two eating behaviours (consuming adequate servings of total fruit and vetetables and cereal foods. A random sample of Chinese Singaporeans were surveyed to gain a better understanding of social cognitive factors underlying the adoption of these dietary goals
