Summary James May is out to prove why traditional, old fashioned toys are still relevant today pushing them to the limit in spectacular, supersize challenges. Proving the best toys don't always need batteries, James's madcap toy adventures see him using some of the best-loved toys of our generation, and reminding everyone that there's a big kid in all of us. Tongiht in James May's Toy Stories: Lego, James is using the classic Lego brick. As generations of toy lovers know, Lego has not changed in its 50 year history, but now James and his army of helpers attempt to build the world's first full-size house made out of Lego...and then he has to live in it.After finding the perfect place to build the house, James meets bemused planners, locals and some dodgy builders to explain his mad grand design. He trucks in a lorry load of 3.4 million bricks to make the house and, with the help of 1200 volunteers working around the clock, builds a magical two storey residence using the full array of Lego colours.James' new creation must withstand the great British weather as well as the rigours of a house warming party for some special guests and all the families who have made it possible. James will spend a night in the house, sleeping in his Lego bed but will he pluck up the courage to use the Lego toilet? (From the UK in English) (Documentary Series) G CC WS
