Ernesto has recently taken on the role of manager of Maintenance at a 200-room hotel in a small town. Ernesto quickly realises that the hotel has several areas of concern. Many rooms are out of service due to maintenance issues and the hotel grounds were heavily worn and portions of landscaping needed replacement. Additionally Ernesto has organizational problems to deal with; Ernesto's second in command had given his two weeks' notice because of hostility from other hotel staff |
