Description 1 online resource (4 minutes)
Summary Rebecca makes poor eye contact as she describes her mood as "down" with a loss of interest in activities that used to give her pleasure. She sleeps well while staying at the hospital but attributes that to the medication she is given. Rebecca has not had any loss of appetite at the hospital as she in fact eats more in the hospital than at home. At home, Rebecca does not eat well because her mother is usually at work and she must cook for herself, which she does not enjoy and is not good at. In the past, Rebecca had family come to visit, but not recently. The only friends Rebecca describes having are the nurses at the hospital who pay her a lot of attention due to her medical condition. Rebecca claims she does not want to commit suicide or have any plans to commit suicide but describes some passive suicidal ideation, where she would not care if she were injured or died and, if presented with the option for a life-endangering medical procedure, she would not hesitate to take the risk
