Summary
The purpose of this report is to outline the technical and likely economic characteristics of farm activities in the Freshwater Creek district, particularly as it relates to 13 landholders who own a total of 383 heactares (945 acres). The proposal as recommended by Barrabool Shire is to re-zone the land from Rural General Farming to Rural Residential. -- introduction
