| Summary |
Loosely based on the life of notorious underworld hitman, Mark Chopper Read - standover man, unrepentant underworld executioner, inventive raconteur, and Australia's most infamous living criminal, whose deadpan wit and colourful imagination has accorded him a cult status. The movie is sometimes dramatic, at other times darkly funny journey into the exploits and complex pathology of Mark Brandon Read. This is all in keeping with the philosophy of Read himself who never let the truth get in the way of a good yarn. DVD |
