"The Lawyers Practice Manual Victoria is a procedural guide which deals with the everyday questions of legal practice and procedure. The Manual's practical information and subject coverage are designed to meet the needs of both community legal centres and private practitioners. The Manual aims to develop new chapters in the existing subject coverage and also in new areas of practice. The Manual is narrative in style. It is divided into 16 distinct areas of practice according to the subject area. It is designed so that each chapter covers a separate legal task, is easy to follow and is complete in itself.
