The minister's driver George is enjoying life in town, with everything paid for by the government. The minister he works for protects his position through bribery and violence. An unscrupulous business man comes with promises of easy money that a government near bankruptcy cannot refuse. George’s wife lives in his village and teaches in a school with holes in the rood. Will life in the village ever change?
