After moving to Australia, he has worked in both applied and academic settings, with a current focus on the impacts of Western-style diets on brain and appetitive behaviour. He is currently Professor of Experimental Psychology at Macquarie University, Australia. Heather M. Francis is a Clinical Neuropsychologist whose research has focused on the links between diet and brain function, particularly in young adults.
