Devotees walking to river and placing offerings of flowers, cake and oil on the river bank and making offerings of oil and grain in hole in sand to chants and drumming and planting of flag. Devotees and priest making libations in the river. Lighting candles and further offerings and libations on the river bank. River rises in flood and begins to sweep away the offerings.
